ABOUT US
Ryan is a Northbay native, he was born in August 1977, in Sebastopol, and grew up in Novato California. From there he graduated high school in 1996 and immediately started working in the automotive industry for 18 years. During that time he got trained and worked for Toyota. He fell in love with the company and the products they produced. He was very impressed with the overall quality and reliability of Toyota's. After much time he decided to try his hand at running his own shop.
On August 1st, 2013, he pulled the trigger sold his Toyota truck and a 1966 Chevy Nova to raised enough money to open his very own place, Yotaluma was born. He worked hard and devoted all his time and effort to making Yotaluma a success. Quickly he was able to build the business and a good reputation. In 2019 he sold the business to allow for more time with his family.
He continued to operate the business as the head mechanic and shop manager until the summer of 2021. During his time at Yotaluma, he enjoyed playing music on many Friday nights with good friends and made new ones while unwinding from the week’s hard work. Many people will miss those days.
Ryan has decided to take some well-deserved time off to focus on himself and his family and is deciding what the next chapter of his life will unfold.
